Comparing Travel Rewards Cards

Some people are shocked to learn that the “free” flight they book with travel points isn’t exactly free after all. Fees, taxes, and fuel surcharges can add up when you book through programs like Air Miles or Aeroplan. That’s what I discussed with Sheila Coles when I was a guest on CBC radio earlier this week.

We talked about travel rewards cards – the good, the bad, and the ugly – and I offered my recommendation for the top travel program in Canada, as well as some tips to make the most out of your rewards program.
